    Dennis and Andrea have been the proud on-site owners of The Goddard School in Flanders since 2005. Dennis holds both Economics and Accounting degrees from Rutgers University and Montclair State University. Andrea holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. They are committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment suited to promoting children's development of self esteem and confidence, as well as their social and academic success. Both Dennis and Andrea are certified in Pediatric First Aid and CPR.

    Ms. Sharon is our Center Director and Head Teacher. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology and has her Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials specializing in Preschool ages 3-5 as well as her Director's Certificate. She is also certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband and children, going to the beach, reading, and playing the piano.

    Ms. Alexa is our Pre-K Lead Teacher and Program Supervisor. She has her CDA (Child Development Associate) Certificate specializing in both Infants and Toddlers and Preschool ages 3-5, and she is certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. Alexa enjoys spending time with her family, fiance, friends, and her dog, Tazer.

    Ms.Caitlyn is our Preschool Lead Teacher. She has her CDA (Child Development Associate) Certification specializing in Preschool ages 3-5 and is currently pursuing her CDA in Infants & Toddlers. She is certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. Her hobbies include going to the movies, taking pictures of the outdoors, and spending time with her dog and her family.

    Ms. Courtney is our Infant Lead Teacher. She has her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Courtney is certified in Pediatric CPR & First Aid. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and baking.

    Ms. Gina is our Get Set Lead Teacher. She is currently pursuing her CDA (Child Development Associate) certification specializing in Infants and Toddlers. Gina is certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.

    Ms. Kari is our Toddler Lead Teacher. She has her Associate's Degree in Fine Arts and her CDA in both Infants & Toddlers and Preschool ages 3-5. She is also certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. Kari enjoys playing softball and spending time with her husband and family.

    Ms. Chand is a School Floater; she works in all classrooms. She has an education background from India and is pursuing her CDA in Preschool ages 3-5 and is also certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. Chand enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

    Ms. Denise is our Toddler Assistant Teacher. She has many years of experience working with children of all ages. Denise is certified in Pediatric CPR & First Aid. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children & grandchildren.

    Ms. Flo is our Pre-K/School Floater Teacher. She has her Associates Degree in Communications, her realtor's license, and she is certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. Flo enjoys going to the beach, selling real estate, and spending time with her husband and family.

    Ms. Kim is our Lead Teacher in First Steps. She has her CDA (Child Development Associate) in Infants and Toddlers and is also Pediatric CPR and First Aid certified. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her children and family, walking, and boating on Lake Hopatcong.

    Ms. Megan is our First Steps Assistant Teacher. She has her CDA specializing in Infants & Toddlers. Megan is certified in Pediatric CPR & First Aid. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends an camping.

    Ms. Patty is our First Steps Assistant Teacher. She graduated from William Paterson University with an Elementary Education and is certified P-3.
